Jean Stogdon
Founder, Grandparents Plus
Jean Stogdon co-founded Grandparents Plus with Michael Young (Lord Young of Dartington) in 2001. She has worked as a social worker, manager and Guardian Ad Litem for 40 years. In 1999 she travelled to the U.S. on a Winston Churchill Fellowship to study grandparents and kinship care; her report on the Fellowship is available at www.grandparentsplus.org.uk. She has three sons and four grandchildren.
