Stella Creasy
Community Campaigner
Stella Creasy has a history of involvement in community and grassroots campaigns in East London and was formerly a local councillor, serving as both the Mayor and Chief Whip of Waltham Forest Council. Stella holds a doctorate in social psychology from the London School of Economics and was previously the Deputy Director of the participatory research organisation Involve. Now Head of Public Affairs and Campaigns at The Scout Association, Stella works closely with a range of youth-led organisations at both the local and national levels. She is also a governor of Sybourn Primary and Children’s Centre in Walthamstow and a trustee of Waltham Forest Voluntary Action. Stella is the Labour candidate for Walthamstow at the next general election.
