Seyi Obakin
Chief Executive, Centrepoint
Seyi is a graduate chartered accountant with over 20 years post qualification experience covering a wide variety of roles in the private and public sectors. For the past 10 years, he has been involved in the not-for-profit sector, having worked with two housing associations and a national charity covering finance, business systems and change management. He joined Centrepoint as Finance Director in 2003 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2006. He became Acting Chief Executive in May 2008 and was appointed to that role permanently in January 2009. He sits on the Boards of Clapham Park Homes and ARP (Alcohol Recovery Project) and serves as Treasurer of both organisations.
